Angels and Investors, Inc. (NBA&I). Karen Rands currently serves as
the acting President of both companies. LAUNCHfn was formed to answer the
need in the marketplace for companies to receive thoughtful and valid review and
assessment of their readiness and attractiveness for certain types of capital.
